3. Payments
- Prices are quoted in writing and may require a deposit before work begins.
- Payments are accepted through secure providers such as PayPal.
- Final deliverables and full ownership are transferred once payment is completed in full.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide the necessary materials (such as content, images, logins, and feedback) in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
5. Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions is included within each agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond this may be quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Any private information or credentials you share are kept confidential and used only to deliver your project.
8. Limitation of liability
We deliver work with professional care. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables, third-party platforms, or services outside our control.
9. Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable. Please see the Refund Policy for details.
